Warranty Policy
All HOTTU products come with a 1-year warranty, covering technical faults only (excluding physical damage).
Warranty claims require:
- Original invoice or E-Warranty card.
- The product must be in unaltered condition (no tampering or unauthorized repairs).
The warranty period will continue from the original purchase date.
Note:
For all approved replacement or return cases, HOTTU will ship the replacement product to the customer free of charge (no outbound delivery fee).
However, the customer is responsible for delivering or sending the defective product to the nearest HOTTU warehouse, service center, or retail outlet for inspection. This can be done via:
- Courier service (at the customer’s expense), or
- In-person drop-off at an authorized HOTTU location.
Once the returned product is received and verified, the replacement unit will be dispatched to the customer without any delivery cost.
⚠️ Please note: Products sent without prior approval from our support team may be declined at our facility.
Conditions Where Replacement Is Not Applicable
Replacement or exchange will not be provided in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with product look, color tone, or sound quality of a defect-free item.
- Physical damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Electrical surge, user-inflicted damage, or liquid spillage.
- Product tampered, repaired by unauthorized persons, or misused.
- Pest, pet, or rodent damage, or exposure to extreme temperatures.
- Regular wear and tear from daily usage.

Return Policy
HOTTU does not offer product returns once an item has been delivered and unsealed/opened by the customer. We encourage all customers to review product details, specifications, and compatibility before confirming their purchase.
Exchange Policy
If your product shows any technical defect or manufacturing issue, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, with a product of the same value or by paying the price difference. Exchange will only be processed after a physical inspection by our team.
Warranty/Exchange Conditions
A replacement is applicable if:
- The product is defective or malfunctioning.
- The product has missing accessories upon delivery.
- The product arrives physically damaged (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
If no fault or damage is found after inspection, the same product will be returned to the customer.
If the product or variant (color/model) is out of stock during the replacement process, an alternate product of equal value will be offered. Warranty coverage will continue from the original purchase date.
