Warranty Guidlines

At Hottu, we offer a one-year product replacement warranty on all of our products, with the exception of handfrees. This warranty is available to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Below are the detailed guidelines for warranty claims and coverage:

 

  1. Product Replacement Policy

If a product is found to be defective, Hottu will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement. The replacement will be issued upon verification of the defect.

  1. Proof of Purchase

To qualify for warranty services, customers must provide a copy of the original purchase receipt. This serves as proof of the product's warranty eligibility.

  1. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers the replacement of the defective product. The new product will be provided in exchange for the faulty one.

  1. Out-of-Stock Products:
  • In case the exact product model is unavailable, Hottu will offer a similar model as a replacement.
  • Please note that no gift cards or refunds will be issued in place of a replacement product.
  1. . Warranty Duration:

The warranty will continue from the original date of purchase and will not be reset upon the issuance of a replacement product.

Limitations of the Warranty

While Hottu is committed to providing high-quality products and warranty services, there are certain limitations. The warranty will not cover damages under the following circumstances:

Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or neglect of the product will not be covered by the warranty.

Any attempt to repair or modify the product through unauthorized service centers will void the warranty.

Damages caused by natural disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, or lightning, are not covered under the warranty.
