All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our main facility located in Lahore.

Each order is processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 business day before being handed over to our logistics partners for nationwide delivery.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order within:

• 3–6 working days for areas across Pakistan

Note: Delivery time may be affected by political situations, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions that are beyond our control.

Order Confirmation

To ensure your order is genuine and secure:

• Our team will place a confirmation call to verify your order details.
• If you are not available on call, a WhatsApp message will be sent for quick confirmation.
• Orders that remain unconfirmed may experience delays or be canceled automatically.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID.

You can use this ID on our “Track Your Order” page to check real-time delivery updates and order status.

Shipment Handling

All orders are packed with care to ensure product safety during transit.

Important: Please do not open or test the product in front of the delivery agent. All items are covered under our Return & Replacement Policy, so you can contact our support team if you face any issue after delivery.
